of your property so that we can bring it to the forefront of the marketplace.
Step 2
– Evaluation
Our two brokerages will evaluate all potential forms of
media and develop a strategy for reaching your target audience in the most effective and cost-efficient manner possible. Taking
advantage of the strengths of your property, the marketing plan will be tailored for your specific property to generate
the greatest amount of interest possible.
Step 3 - Development
We then develop professional, attention grabbing brochures and ads. Identify the best target areas
to market the property and type and design of advertisements.
Step 4 - Advertising/PR
Next, the public relations, telemarketing, and advertising campaign begins. The Sales Team receives
calls and follows up on each and every qualified inquiry several times, enticing the prospect to attend the preview and auction.
Step 5 - Preview
At preview, the Bid Assistants
will meet with the prospective bidders, providing the answers to all questions and pointing out the fine and unique features
of the property.
Step 6 - Auction
The
Auction begins and bids are taken. Soon the gavel goes down and the winning bidder is announced and your property is SOLD!
